Everything you need to know about living in an Anchor Retirement Housing scheme should be contained in your tenants’ handbook. If you cannot find your own copy, contact your scheme manager. Alternatively, you can download a copy in PDF format by clicking here.

Repairs

Contact your scheme manager for help with repairs. Only those schemes without a scheme manager should contact the repairs line on 0845 1080131.

Complaints

If you have any concerns or complaints about the service you get from Anchor Retirement Housing, please contact us on 0845 6025516 (Lo Call) between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
